These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website solareskit.es and the purchase of products through it. Placing an order implies the express acceptance of these terms.

3. Products and prices

Product prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Solareskit reserves the right to modify prices and technical specifications without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one in force at the time of order confirmation.

4. Ordering process

To place an order, the customer must select the products, complete the order form and accept these terms. After confirmation, the customer will receive an email summarising the order.

5. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer and any other methods displayed during checkout. All payments are processed through secure gateways.

6. Shipping and delivery

Stated delivery times are indicative and start counting from payment confirmation. Solareskit is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact info@solareskit.es. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the 3-year legal conformity warranty established by European law, as well as any additional manufacturer warranty.

9. Liability

Solareskit shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or losses arising from improper use of the products or from installation by unqualified personnel.

All website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Solareskit or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish and applicable European law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
